Yasuko Hayata, along with Mariko and Isamu Watanabe, created the YaccoMaricard brand in 1977, when the Japanese fashion industry was blooming. 

The first retail store opened in the Harajuku district in the center of Tokyo, a burgeoning scene of design talent that was the birthplace of many fashion designers and labels. 

The name YaccoMaricard is a combination of the founders’ first names, Yacco, Mari, and Ricardo. 

For over 41 years, the three founders have established YM Fashion Co., Ltd. in Japan as well as taken care of YaccoMaricard in terms of design, production, and distribution in Japan, the UK, and Thailand. 

 
About the store 

We remain focused on the health and safety of our customers, and every employee is always number one. By strictly following the instructions of the Ministry of Public Health, including consulting with the shopping center where we have a storefront located. We’ve added security measures to give you a hassle-free in-store shopping experience by limiting the number of people who come in to create distance (distancing).

  • HOW DO I KNOW THAT AN ITEM IS READY TO SHIP AND WHAT CAN I DO IF I WANT TO GET SOLD OUT ITEMS?

    In case the item is sold out, you can use the ‘Notify Me’ button to receive an email notification if the item comes back. You may also subscribe to our newsletter to receive emails when items you like come back in stock. 

  • CAN I RESERVE AN ITEM? 

  • YaccoMaricard does not accept any reservations. The items you add to your shopping bag will be kept for as long as the product is available. However, these items are not placed on hold and someone else may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. 

    To avoid this from happening, make an order ASAP! 

  • THERE WAS AN ERROR WHILE I WAS CHECKING OUT! HOW DO I KNOW IF THE TRANSACTION WENT THROUGH OR NOT?

    2. Check the most recent order. Is it the one you just placed? 

    3. For further confirmation, please contact your bank to see if your card was charged, as your account balance will be reflected as soon as you have confirmed your order with us. 

  • HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER? 

  • 1. The order was still unsuccessful: you can cancel the order by clicking the cross to remove products from the shopping cart on the website or application immediately. 

    2. The order was successful: call us at +66 02-961 5675 (Mon-Fri, 8:00 – 17:00) or send us an email at contact@ymfthai.com and inform us of your order number. 

WHAT KINDS OF PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE? 

Please contact your bank if you meet these problems. 

Limited number of transactions 

The bank account doesn’t exist anymore. 

The issuing bank doesn’t allow using the bank account for online or international transactions. 

The name of the account owner doesn’t match the information you provided. 

YaccoMaricard accepts Visa and MasterCard.  

Note: For debit cards, please make sure your card supports online shopping.

The account doesn’t have sufficient funds.

MY CARD WAS DECLINED. WHY? 

WHAT ARE DELIVERY OPTIONS? 

Domestic: We offer free delivery when you purchase up to 2,000 baths. 

International: Shipping costs are charged according to the shipping rates set by the company. 

 

Bangkok Metropolitan Region: 1 – 3 business days. 

Upcountry: 3 – 5 business days. 

During the holidays, campaign period delivery may be delayed by an additional 2-3 business days. 

 

HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?  

Domestic: it will be delivered via EMS Thai Post. 

International:  it will be delivered via DHL or FedEx. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

HOW DO I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? 

You can send an email to contact@ymfthai.com for a full tax invoice with your tax identification number.  

For orders placed on https://yaccomaricard-onlinestore.com/: 

You can fill in your Tax Rebate information on the Order Confirmation page. The tax invoice will be included in your package. 

You can request a full tax invoice document from YaccoMaricard Line official. 

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS? 

All Clearance items purchased online are marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns and refunds. Please ensure to read the product descriptions and Terms and Conditions carefully before you make your purchase.

CAN I RETURN CLEARANCE ITEMS? 

1. Free return at any YaccoMaricard location! 

2. Self-delivery: Additional charges may apply depending on the shipping company used, the weight of the goods, and the delivery country. Please check the transit time before returning the item. 

** Delivery and return within 7–10 business days. 

 

WHERE CAN I SEND TO RETURN MY ITEMS? 

Items that can be returned must be in perfect condition with price tags. It must be a product that has not been washed or used in any way. They must be normal price products only. Sale items will not be exchanged or returned. 

Returns must be contacted through the staff at Line official only in case of purchasing products via online channels. 

 

WHERE CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS? (AFTER CONTRACTING THE STAFF ONLY) 

There are two cases of exchange: 

1. Modifications to the product’s size. 

2. Modifying the product’s design or color. 

This can be done by contacting staff at Line official only in case of online shopping. 

** You can change the product within 7 days (from the date of receiving the product). 

 

CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS?

You can check each item’s exact measurements by viewing the measurement section on the product page. 

 

One Size means there’s only one size available for that item. Please refer to the product’s measurements for exact sizing information. 

** In order to order One Size, you should compare your proportions with the product size carefully before ordering. Because some products are not Free Size. 

 

For any product, you can check the exact measurement of each model by viewing the “Model’s Size” section on the product page.
